MS Team FedEx is seeking a captain for the upcoming Bike MS: Follow the Foothills Ride. Bike MS: Follow the Foothills is a one day bike ride set in the spectacular scenery of Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties in upstate NY. Moreau Lake State Park, the start/finish location offers chance for a refreshing dip in a crystal clear lake and dinner catered by Outback Steakhouse after a long ride. Multiple route lengths (10, 30, 62 or 100 miles) offer a chance for riders of all abilities to do something about MS now.

Bike MS: Pedal to the Park

MS Team FedEx is seeking a captain for the upcoming Bike MS: Pedal to the Park Ride. Join the National MS Society Upstate New York Chapter as we pedal to Darien Lake Theme Park to create a world free of MS.

Cyclists can choose from two start locations, riding right from Darien Lake Theme Park on one or two days of loop rides or you can ride a destination loop leaving from Ada Cosgrove Middle School in Spencerport, NY.

The Pedal to the Park Planning Committee is hard at work finalizing 6 route options on Saturday, September 6, that include a 100 mile, 66 mile, 30 mile, and 15 mile ride. On Sunday, September 7 we will offer a 50 mile ride that loops back to the park or that brings cyclists back to Spencerport.

After the ride, check out the largest amusement and entertainment destination in New York State, Darien Lake Theme Park, with over 100 rides and attraction there is something for everyone to enjoy. The finish line festivities include a feast, wine tasting, massages, and full access to the park.

Your family can join you too. For only $30 riders families can enjoy a full day in the park, a fantastic meal, and free parking. There has never been a better year to bring your family out to support you at the finish line than 2008.

Ride with MS Team FedEx in the upcoming Bike MS: Twin Forks Ride. The Twin Forks MS Bike Tour takes you through Long Island's north and south fork. Hundreds of riders will enjoy breathtaking views on this 150 mile course. Themed rest stops, great food and festivities are all included to make your ride more memorable.

Bike MS: Traffic Free NYC

Ride with MS Team FedEx in the upcoming Bike MS: New York City Ride. Bike MS New York City is the preeminent local bike event with the only route allowing participants to circle the city traffic free. In the past 23 years, Bike MS has raised over $15 million. Bike MS will attract more than 5,000 participants, volunteers and marshals who will raise $3 million to create a world free of MS.

The New York City Chapter will join forces with the Mayor's Office, the Police Department and the Department of Transportation to provide our participants with an exhilarating opportunity to ride on New York City streets traffic-free. Riders have a choice of cycling 30, 60 or 100 miles, while experiencing the metropolitan area's many ethnic and historical neighborhoods and its breathtaking views.
